Prescriber of Psychiatric Mental Health Medication
Our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, has a passion for helping people with mental health disorders. She offers appointments through in-person and Telehealth weekly, Monday-Friday. She is comfortable prescribing medications to clients ages 5 and up. She is thorough and takes her time when getting to know you, learning about your history, and ensuring that you are getting the medication that works best for you. She offers GeneSight testing as an option to find the best medication fit for her clients.
What to Expect
The first appointment will be an evaluation to see if Psychiatric Medication is appropriate. It will consist of getting height, weight, temperature, and blood pressure then discussing your medical and mental health history. Some medications may require lab work and/or assessments. If you are currently or have previously been on Psychiatric Medication, records will need to be reviewed prior to the first appointment. To review your records we request that all new clients stop by our office or fill out online the Detail Release Of Information Form. This form can be found on the bottom of the website under the Forms section. If you decide to fill this form out at home and want to submit it electronically, we ask that you email the Detail Release Of Information Form to the email listed on our Contact Us page located at the bottom of our website under Company.
