A Community of Friendship and Support, every Monday at 10:00 AM, we gather as friends, confidants, and supporters. Our Golden Girls group is built on a simple but powerful truth: no one should face life’s challenges alone. If you’ve ever felt isolated or struggled without support, this group is for you. Here, you’ll find women who care, who listen, and who understand. Just like the beloved show that inspired our name, we believe in the power of friendship to lift us up, make us laugh, and help us through life’s ups and downs.
What We Offer:

Eligibility:
- Open to women ages 30 and older
- Must be a client of Parsons Counseling to participate
Investment in Your Well-Being:
- $25 per session cash pay
- Bill your insurance: We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance
