WHAT TO COMPLETE IN CLIENT PORTAL
We are now able to offer intake documents to be completed electronically through our Client Portal! Once scheduled you will receive an email with a link to create a Client Portal account. The portal will make your email the username and you will need to create a password. From inside the Client Portal you will have access to complete and electronically sign needed Intake Documents. Having these documents completed prior to the intake appointment allows the counselor to spend more time focused on you instead of paperwork!
TIP: If you are completing the documents from your phone you will need to be sure that the Lock Screen feature is turned off so you can turn your phone horizontally in order to draw your signature with your finger or stylus.

WHAT TO BRING TO INTAKE
WHAT TO EXPECT AT INTAKE
Your first appointment is an introduction between you and your provider. No therapy will take place during the intake. It will consist of a tour, reviewing the Intake documents, and gathering information to assist in developing a plan of treatment. The treatment plan will be created at the second session.
If a child is too young or not mature enough to sit in the lobby alone please bring another person to watch the client during this time. This will allow the parent/guardian to speak about trauma and/or negative behaviors to the provider without the child present.
